By submitting your deposit, you’re officially locking in your custom design. Please review the following before completing payment:

• Design & Sketches: Your sketch is a strong reflection of the final design, but every costume is handmade. Small variations in fabric placement, trim, or stonework may occur to achieve the best overall look.

• Rhinestones & Embellishments: Stones will be placed with an expert eye for balance and impact. Final placement may differ slightly from sketches to create the most stage-ready design.

• No Changes Once in Motion: Once your deposit is placed and the design is confirmed, no additional changes can be made. Alterations are not included after shipping.

• Refunds & Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. All custom costumes are final sale—no refunds or exchanges. Failure to complete payment forfeits your deposit and costume.

• Measurements Matter: Costumes are constructed to the exact measurements you provide. Please use the measurement guide carefully, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect sizing.

• Delivery Timeline: Costumes are booked by delivery month, not specific dates. Rush options may be available for an additional fee if arranged in advance.
