Ready-To- Ship:

All ready-to-ship costumes are final salad cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy ensures the integrity of our inventory and maintains the quality of our offerings. We ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Quality Assurance: If you have any questions about sizing or fit, please reach out to us before placing your order. We are here to help ensure a perfect fit!

Custom Costumes:

Our custom costumes are meticulously crafted based on your specific measurements and design. Due to the personalized nature of this product, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. Before we begin production, we will discuss details of your costume to ensure your vision is accomplished. We encourage open communication throughout the design process to ensure that your costume meets your expectations.

Upon receiving your costume, if there are defects or issues with your costume, please let us know immediately. We will work to resolve any issues.

Ready-To-Ship Cancellation Policy:

No cancellations for any reason for ready-to-ship costumes.

Custom Cosutme Cancellation Policy:

Deposits for custom costumes are non-refundable. If you cancel before the design is finalized, you will be eligible to transfer your deposit to next season. If you cancel after the design process, you will forfeit your deposit.
