At Relevé Dance Supply, we’re committed to getting your costume to you quickly, safely, and with care. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping:

📬 Processing Time

Ready-To-Ship orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days during business hours (Monday through Friday 11-2pm), excluding holidays. Custom costumes require additional time and will be shipped by the chosen ship date if there is no remaining balance due. 

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers such as USPS & UPS. Custom order pricing includes shipping. 

Ready-To-Ship pieces will be shipped via the selected shipping method at checkout. 

📍 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and shipping destination. Free shipping may be available on promotional offers or qualifying orders!

🌎 Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future!

📦 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping times for custom costumes vary based on the chosen ship date at deposit.
